By accessing or using Downbauvle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Downbauvle is a status-monitoring and outage-detection tool, similar to Downdetector, focused primarily on services related to our school.

  • The Service is made publicly accessible, though its usefulness is primarily within the school community.
  • The Service allows users to view system uptime charts and reports.
  • No account creation, login, or user submission is currently required.

3. Use of the Service

  • You may only use the Service for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, or exploit it in unauthorized ways.
  • We may add interactive features (such as outage reporting) in the future. At that point, separate rules for contributions may apply.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including its design, functionality, and branding under Downbauvle and BScale) remain our exclusive property.
You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

5. Availability & Accuracy

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.
  • Outage information is derived from our own monitoring data and analytics and should not be relied upon as an absolute statement of system status.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

7. Changes to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
